As the managing director of the KBN Helping Hands and Wellness Foundation, Ms. Brenda Nabiteeko serves as the Chief executive officer responsible for the strategic vision, administrative governance and operational success of the organization. She drive high-level collaborations with institutional stakeholders, international donors and national entities like the Ministry of gender ,labour and Social Development (MGLSD).She sets the long-term vision, programmatic goals and organizational policies in alignment with the board of directors to uplift vulnerable communities across Uganda.

Brenda Nabiteeko Managing Director

As the Finance Director of the KBN Helping Hands and Wellness Foundation, Denis Mwambu functions as the Chief Financial Manager. He holds ultimate responsibility for fiscal governance, compliance and the transparent allocation of funding for the NGO’s community outreach across Uganda. He formulates the annual corporate budget in coordination with the Managing Director to fund long-term organizational goals. He oversees strict accounting controls, risk assessments and tax compliance to align the organization with the financial regulations of the government of Uganda. He also generates detailed financial matrices and audit-ready expenditure reviews for the Board of Directors, institutional partners and major donor bodies.

Mwambu Denis Finance Director

Dusman Malaika serves as a central administrative anchor. Her role ensures structural organization, regulatory compliance and seamless operational flow within the NGO’S Executive office. She records official minutes for board and management meetings, maintains the organization’s corporate registry and tracks executive resolutions regarding upcoming community initiatives. She manages incoming and outgoing communications at the Central Kampala Office acting as an official gateway for external stakeholders, donors and regulatory inquiries.

Dusman Malaika Administrative Assistant

Kevin Nsamuye serves as the primary voice and the brand champion of the NGO. His role focuses on shaping public perception, driving community awareness and managing the organization’s strategic communication. He manages relations and oversees the organization’s digital footprint across social media channels to spotlight ongoing fieldwork and grassroots impact. He leads communications to amplify the visibility of KBN’s core focus areas such as disability inclusion, health education, women empowerment, youth empowerment and clean water (WASH) programs.

Kevin Nsamuye Public Relations Officer

Michael Ssenyonjo focuses on structural planning, day-to-day coordination and the administrative health of the NGO’s community interventions. He monitors budget execution for individual’s project life cycles to ensure donor funds and public contributions are directed accurately to target vulnerable groups. He also tracks development milestones and aggregates on the ground impact metrics to generate detailed progress reports for the Managing Director and external donors.

Michael Ssenyonjo Projects Officer

Suzan Anyango transitions strategic donor goals into tangible local action. Her position bridges executive programming with frontline fieldwork to serve vulnerable groups directly. She organizes the direct deployment of localized outreach initiatives matching resources directly to the needs of senior citizens, persons with disabilities, youth, women and girls. She establishes strong operational networks with village leaders, local health care providers and regional institutions to set up health education workshops and clean water (WASH) drives.

Suzan Anyango Community Outreach Co-ordinator

Bukenya Faizol is responsible for the direct monitoring and local management of the NGO’s community outreach initiatives. He functions as the primary liaison between the organization’s central management and regional local leaders, families and vulnerable groups. He helps to direct the ground logistics for large public advocacy campaigns such as the KBN annual disability run and youth empowerment workshops.
